Envision Physician Services searching for Full-time CRNA (General and OB) ­to become a part of our prestigious practice at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital ­in Miami, Florida!! Anesthesia Care Team Model: 17 Physicians and 24 CRNAs$45k Start Date BonusApproximately 12,000 annual cases14 State of the art OR's: 10 main, 1 Endo, 1 EP, 2 L&DCase mix includes General, Ortho, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Neuro and GYNCRNAs are NOT involved with Cardiac casesNo PedsAutonomy to perform Regional (spinals and epidurals), arterial lines etc.Work schedules vary with 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts.
