Envision Physician Services has a featured opportunity for a qualified CRNA to join our expanding team in the North Tampa Bay area. Opportunity Highlights: $75K Start Date Bonus ACT: 1 Physician and 2 APPs Case Mix: Heavy ortho ranging from carpal tunnel to total joint replacements and pain No call, no weekends, no holidays, M-F only 8-hour shifts Stable, well- respected leadership 2 ORs and 1 procedure room Approx. 200 cases per month Envision offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME allowance, medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, parental leave, life insurance, 401k with employer contribution and 100% paid malpractice with tail coverage.
